The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to Liverpool St station and a plethora of underground lines, making it a breeze to explore the town. the room was not only clean and comfortable, but also equipped with a kitchenette where I could prepare my morning coffee and unwind in the sitting area after a busy day. the hotel staff went above and beyond in accommodating us when our original room was unavailable, offering us an upgrade and refund for the inconvenience. the surrounding area was vibrant with numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and fun spots to explore, adding to the overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in central London.
